Around 50 lost souls gathered in the village hall last Friday for our Almost-Nearly-Halloween-Spooktacular performance of The Woman in Black.
The hall was decked out in suitably creepy attire, with the hushed audience sat among the faintly flickering light of a dozen Health & Safety approved LED candles. Such atmosphere!
Despite the ’12A’ rating, the film’s jumpiest moments managed to lift a number of patrons from their seats. Fortunately we all made it safely back home across the deserted churchyard… or did we?
