We welcomed the Rt Hon Maria Miller MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, to the village hall yesterday, in a visit kindly arranged by Alun Cairns MP following our success at the Film Society of the Year Awards.
The Minister met volunteers before we treated her to a sneak preview of our Spring season trailers. After departing the hall the Minister was given a tour of the conservation work underway at St Cadoc’s, and the newly renovated Reredos, due for unveiling on 5 December.
We’ll be formally announcing next season’s titles at the Untouchable (15) screening on Friday 22 November. So do join us, and there’s every chance you could find yourself on a seat last graced by a Cabinet Minister!
