In the run up to our first screening on Thursday 24 May, we’ve had a trial run with the BFFS loan equipment and seating arrangements in the hall.
At 12′ x 6′ the screen is large enough to give a proper ‘big screen’ feel:

The stereo surround-sound speakers worked well in the space, and the image quality was excellent with blackouts in place.
Capacity of around 50 seats seems feasible with the projector mounted high enough to enable full width seating rows:
For those without built in padding, cushions will be available on the night…
